We are not responsible for typographical errors; if an item is listed at an incorrect price, we will notify you before processing your order and you may choose to proceed or cancel.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including orders that appear fraudulent, are placed in error, or violate these Terms. An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

Shipping & Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to ship your order promptly and provide tracking where available. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Because many of our products are consumable food, herbal, and skincare items, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened, for health and safety reasons. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@lilineandlelene.com within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.

Health Disclaimer

Our herbal and wellness products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and statements about them have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
